Interpretation and Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

• “Services” refers to the services offered for sale.
• “Orders” means a request by you to purchase services from us.
• “Website” refers to wiccaindia.com, accessible from https://wiccaindia.com
• “You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

Order Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order as long as it has not been processed, which may occur within 24 hours of placing the order. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible.

To cancel your order, please inform us of your decision with a clear statement. You can do this by sending us an email at Email support.

Once we receive your cancellation request and confirm that the order has not been processed, we will initiate a refund. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not be charged any additional fees for the refund.

Please note that the refund may take up to 3-5 days to be processed and credited back to your account.

Conditions for Refund

We only offer refunds for services that are found to be unsatisfactory upon delivery. If you receive an unsatisfactory service, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the service. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide evidence of the unsatisfactory service.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for any other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any services that do not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.
