• Once a course has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
• In cases of extreme personal emergency, at the discretion of Wicca India, a credit may be offered for future courses. This is not guaranteed and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Attendance and Participation:

• Students are expected to attend and participate in all scheduled classes and activities.
• Missed classes cannot be refunded or made up by transferring attendance to another course.

4. Course Cancellation:

• Wicca India reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund of the course fee will be issued.

5. Conduct:

• Students are expected to maintain a respectful and open-minded attitude towards instructors and fellow students.
• Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property:

• All course materials provided by us are the intellectual property of Wicca India and are intended for personal use by the enrolled students only.
• Unauthorized distribution or commercial use of course materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy Policy:

8. Limitation of Liability:

• Wicca India is not liable for any personal injury or loss of property that may occur during participation in our courses or events.

• Wicca India reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued enrollment or use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms from time to time. 10. Attendance Policy and Course Cancellation Due to Non-Attendance:

• Consistent attendance is crucial for the successful completion of our courses. If a student fails to attend three consecutive classes without providing prior notice, their enrollment in the course will be cancelled.
• To avoid cancellation due to non-attendance, students are required to inform Wicca India of their inability to attend a class at least 24 hours in advance. This notification should be conveyed via WhatsApp to https://wa.me/message/GEJKBXDTOE5QN1
• In cases of course cancellation due to non-attendance as stated above, no refund of the course fee will be issued.
• This policy is in place to ensure a committed learning environment and to respect the resources and planning involved in our course offerings.

11. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Delhi NCR Jurisdiction India.
